Data controller

Falkview is the controller for the data described here. Send questions about personal data to contact@falkview.com.

For the documents and data a customer company adds to the service itself, the customer is the controller and Falkview the processor. We send a data processing agreement on request.

What we store

When you fill in the form on falkview.se: name, email address, company name, company registration number, your message and the language you used.

When you use the service: username and login details, what you do in the service (for example which tenders you assess) and the documents you upload, such as references, CVs, policies and price lists.

When you visit the website: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without storing your IP address.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use the form details to contact you, set up a pilot and book a walkthrough, based on our legitimate interest in answering your request.

We use the data in the service to deliver the service under the agreement with your company.

We don't use your documents to train AI models and we don't sell any data.

Where data is stored and who helps us

The service and its database run on Microsoft Azure in Sweden, where backups are kept too. The website is delivered by Cloudflare.

When the AI reads or writes text, the text is sent to the AI provider we use (Anthropic or Google) for that processing only. Email is sent through an email service.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep data

We keep form details while we are in contact with you, and delete them no later than 24 months after the last contact if you don't become a customer.

We keep data and documents in the service for as long as the agreement runs. When it ends we delete them within 30 days, and backups expire 30 days after that.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to the processing and to receive the data in a machine-readable format. Email contact@falkview.com and we'll reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).

Cookies

The falkview.se website uses no cookies. The service at app.falkview.se uses one necessary cookie to keep you logged in, and one that remembers your language.
